The life coaching and mentoring services offered on this website are provided in a personal and private capacity and are entirely separate from my role as an NHS consultant surgeon.

These services are delivered only outside NHS working hours and do not involve NHS resources, facilities, or confidential information.

To avoid any actual or perceived conflict of interest, current resident doctors, trainees, or any individuals working within my NHS department or under my supervision in any capacity are not eligible to use these services.

The services provided are not counselling, psychotherapy, psychological therapy, or any form of mental health treatment. They are non-clinical, non-medical, and non-therapeutic in nature and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions. Where medical, psychological, or psychiatric support is required, clients are advised to seek care from an appropriately qualified professional.

The coaching and mentoring services provided through this website are offered solely for professional development, career guidance, and personal growth. These services do not constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, diagnosis, treatment, or the practice of medicine.

Although the coach is a qualified medical professional, no doctor–patient relationship is created through the use of this website or participation in coaching or mentoring programmes.

All information, discussions, strategies, or suggestions provided during coaching or mentoring sessions—whether written, verbal, or through digital content—are for general informational and educational purposes only. They must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional clinical judgement, official training curricula, workplace policies, regulatory guidelines, or independent legal or financial advice.

The coaching and mentoring services offered are not regulated healthcare services and are not governed by the General Medical Council (GMC), Care Quality Commission (CQC), Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), or any other regulatory body. While coaching certification is held, formal regulatory certification is not required for mentoring services in the United Kingdom.
